Todae go sch, early in the morning.. haben even wake up.. Napfa test liao.. hell and first station is Sit-ups, i keep laughing.. coz realli i dunnoe, like funnie! the pull-up also keep laughing.. the 2 stations got laughing gas.. den go shuttle run, i almost cannt control coz the leg suddenly like Jelly~ Haha.. den funnie ting.. my leg no strength le.. den do standing broad jump.. i cat pounce, Sorrie nah..

After the 5 stations, 2.4 run.. OMG~ 7 rounds.. i after 3 rounds i stop le.. gif up sio.. the legs are beyond controllable and the track seriously Sucks..

Ok, im totally worn out after 4 daes of those tingys.. All the rehersals, performances and Napfa.. Physically cannt.. totally flat liao.. todae is not a good dae.. Im done! can let me Rest a Not!??? Humans!!

and juz nw, Hell sia.. i was sitting in the living room watching tv wif my daddy.. den suddenly the tv in the room got switched ON!! and the volume keep going up up up till its the MAX! den i ask my daddy hu on the tv sia, coz my jie jie is bathing and my mum nt at home yet.. den he still can sae mayb is my jie jie.. OMG!! My heart almost dropped out ok.. need to go pray liao *siu kia siu kia*.. heng, I'm nt alone at home.. and thanks Christine for asking *** to hug.. Haha..
